After Katie found the perfect antique desk and chair and we had it all loaded up, we decided we needed to recharge our batteries before hitting even more antique shops.
We found a local tea room that served the most delicious apricot iced tea and scrumptious sandwiches. Unfortunately the customer service left a lot to be desired which could have potentially ruined the experience for us. Fortunately for us we had good company and had fun despite the poor service.
Marie and Joyce..a toast to good friends.
Katie and Gail.. having a pretend tea party.
Sharon and Carol being entertained by Marie.
Wish you were here,
Joyce

I so wish I had been able to join in. It's so nice to see you all and your smiling faces. Really need some real hugs instead of the virtual hugs. Can't wait to see the next installment.
Hugs,
Pat

HI!! I love Cape Cod too :) I had sooo much fun. The two things I didnt get around to were going back to the bookstore and Marion PIe shop. Even if it was the only bakery we missed on the Eastern Shore. LOL Sounds like a great reason to go back to me.
I love that photo of you and Marie:)
Thanks so much for everything. It was such an enjoyable trip. What a great way to start a new job. (()) gail
